This service is required before any third party can be granted access to a website or digital platform managed by CONNECT, 2u2 Web Technologies | Thelematics or Imagos Studio.

This booking must be made and paid for by the authorised representative of the client organisation. The third party themselves does not make this booking.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Identity verification and background screening of the proposed third party. Review of their professional credentials. Risk assessment. Restricted access account creation at Editor or Contributor level. Protocol briefing. Written confirmation of outcome to the client.

AFTER YOU BOOK

The proposed third party must email: info@imagos-studio.net within 5 business days with their full name, email, phone number, location, and a link to their professional website, social profile or portfolio (optional). Screening is completed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving that information. If details are not received within 10 business days the request lapses and a new booking is required.

ACCESS LEVELS

Standard access is covered by this booking. The approved person receives Editor or Contributor access to content areas only. They cannot access settings, servers, or DNS.

Administrator access is not available through this service. It requires a separate Admin Access Agreement and a separately quoted fee. Contact info@imagos-studio.net before booking if administrator access is needed.

EXTRAS

Urgent Processing adds $100 and reduces the screening turnaround to 3 business days subject to availability.

Additional User adds $150 per person up to a maximum of 4 users per booking. Each person must submit their details separately and will be screened individually.

IMPORTANT

This fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of screening or whether the third party submits their details. Approved access is subject to a monthly oversight levy invoiced to the client organisation. Thelematics retains sole administrator access to all managed platforms at all times. Access may be revoked at any time without notice if a security or conduct concern is identified.

ONGOING MONTHLY LEVY

Once a third party is approved and granted access, a monthly Third-Party Oversight Levy is added to the client's active service package. This levy is calculated at 10% of the third party's invoiced fees for website-related work each month, with a minimum charge of $50 AUD per month regardless of activity. The levy covers ongoing security monitoring, access management, platform coordination, and liability oversight retained by Thelematics for the duration of the third party's access. This levy is invoiced monthly to the client organisation and is separate from the onboarding fee paid at booking.
